The United Arab Emirates is where the money is. This tiny gulf nation is rich in oil and so is pierced by skyscrapers, great stacks of money that zoom out forever into outer space. France
Across 22 miles of cold, grey water sits France out nearest neighbor and in some cases our biggest rival. Russia

USA
The USA has the highest number of international students in the world and while many of them do return home once they’ve completed their studies when it comes to sheer numbers, the USA has everyone beaten. It’s still the land of opportunity and freedom and it still draws the most migrant from across the globe. Skilled and educated migrants are always welcome in the multitude of cities and states where certain industries are booming.
